During a 1 week placement at an architecture firm called Citizens Design Bureau, I was tasked with drawing up a plan for a house that was being reconstructed internally. As I initially wanted to be an architect, it was important for me to gain experience and an insight into a field that I possibly wanted to get into. Learning how to draw in the style of an architect is handy as I never know when I could incorporate this skill into a future project.
